Call to Order and Roll Call: 

Willie Blackburn called to order the regular meeting of the Foxwood HOA Board at 8:46PM on November 14, 2022. This was an online Webex meeting.

The following board members were present: Willie Blackburn, Jess Anderson, Weston Grammer, Meagan McBride, and Eydie Leighty, Manager with MyHOA-online.com.

The board minutes from October 13, 2022, were reviewed. Jess motioned, Willie seconded, all were in favor, and the minutes were approved with no corrections.

Issues/Voting Report:

Voting Results Report - 2022-10-13 to 2022-11-21

The voting report was passed with Willie motioning, followed by Jess Seconding, all were in favor. 

Management Report:

Eydie will be sending out the dues notices by the end November.  All present board members agreed. 

Willie ended the meeting at 8:54PM

The next BOD meeting will be on January 12, 2023
