Call to Order and Roll Call: 

Willie Blackburn called to order the regular meeting of the Foxwood HOA Board at 7:08 PM on 03/09/2023. This was an online Webex meeting.

The following board members were present: Willie Blackburn, Weston Grammer, George Barnes, Meagan McBride, and Eydie Leighty, Manager with MyHOA-online.com.

Previous Meeting Minutes: 

The board minutes from 02/09/2023, were reviewed. George motioned to approve, Meagan seconded, and the minutes were approved with no corrections.

Issues/Voting Report votes taken unanimously between meetings:

Finance Report:.

We reviewed our finances and budget. As of the end of February; Operating: $57,799.85 Reserves: $25,544.38 Assets: $74,47267  

Currently one owner is in arrears for dues. Sent to legal April 22.

Old Business:

Light issue, awaiting response from city about the possibility of a solar light at entrance. Will review again in April 2023. 

Mailbox issue: Willie motioned to approve the full replacement of mailbox shelters with the quote from Cade Design. This was seconded by Meagan, all were in favor. (The board has given Michael permission to move the allocated funds for this project, should Eydie not be in town when the bill arrives.)
