Call to Order and Roll Call:
Willie Blackburn called to order the regular meeting of the Foxwood HOA Board at 7:05PM on 02/08/2024. This was an online Webex meeting.
The following board members were present: Willie Blackburn, Meagan McBride, Rebbecca Punak, Weston Gramar, and Eydie Leighty, Manager with MyHOA-online.com LLC.
Previous Meeting Minutes: The board minutes from the November 13, 2023 (BOD PORTION of ANNUAL MEETING--annual to be approved by residents at next annual meeting in 2024) were reviewed and approved. Motion to approve by Meagan, seconded by Willie, all were in favor.
