Discussed issue of lawns not being watered.

                Agreed to have Eydie send post card reminder to owners with brown grass.

 

Discussed Cedcore vote in issue

 

Discussed PayPal account still denied for HOA payments

                Eydie was unable to get an actual person on the phone and finally got someone to fix it but it was only temporary. Paypal refusing to do business.

 

Review of open items

17669   Lot seen with a vehicle parked across the driveway

                The owner was moving so additional violations were assessed. Issue closed.
