Meeting called to order at 7:07 by Adam.

The meeting was held due to our contractor Divine Creations for the monument work went missing before the job was complete.  Adam was in communication with his wife and there was a family emergency; work was not going to be completed.
Discussion – Adam met with Zac’s team and learned that hey said they thought they could, but Adam convinced them that it would not be in anyone’s best interest to continue to try & fail after a month of substandard performance.  There was also a # of issues with quality of work on what they did complete. We have had an amicable separation with Zac on the contract.  Zac will continue to be our landscaper.
The second highest bidder when we reached out for quotes on the work was engaged by Adam and Randy.  Emerald Lawn Services LLC can finish the work and has provided a couple of quotes.  1) redo the work with a full warranty; bid 10,084. 2) finish the project without a warranty; $4,253.

 

Jonathan verified that we had the operational funds to go with the quote of redo the work with full warranty.  The warranty covers the entire project repairs with periodic resanding every few years to keep it looking nice.

 

Vote was held – unanimous vote of Yes for redoing the work ($10,084) with the new contractor, Emerald Lawn Services LLC. Randy gave Adam a “yes” vote via but was unable to attend the meeting.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm by Adam.  All agreed.
